Covid 19 Updates - September 2020

We are now able to let clients return to our waiting areas so you can accompany your pet to their appointment. We have redesigned the layouts within our reception areas which will be clearly marked following social distance guidance and ask that you always follow these. You will receive guidance when making your appointment and on arrival.

We request that you come prepared with a face covering or mask to use while in the building. We may still ask you to wait outside if social distancing in the waiting room cannot be maintained.

For anyone who does not wish to enter the building or if you come unprepared consults will still be carried out as previously.

For anyone just collecting medication or food this will continue to follow the current protocol of collecting from outside the building for the time being. Some branches with larger reception area may be able to accommodate these requests inside.

The safety of our staff and clients is of paramount importance but we feel this is the right time to make these changes. We will be closely monitoring the situation and will update you with any changes as they happen.

We ask that all clients follow these new guidelines and follow staff instructions as requested.

We continue to ask our clients to be vigilant and do not attend any of our branches if you-

  • Feel unwell
  • Have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for covid
  • Are self-isolating or quarantining

These are difficult and uncertain times for all. Throughout these times we are continuing to provide the highest level of care for your pets while maintaining the wellbeing and safety of you and our staff. Our aim is to keep everyone as safe as possible so please don’t be offended by our asking you to follow these rules.

Once again, we would just like to thank all our clients for their support and understanding throughout this turbulent time.

Please ensure you closely follow the current government instructions at:
