Covid 19 Update - January 2021
We are continuing to provide our services throughout the current lockdown. We kindly ask that all our clients follow guidance set out and follow instructions given by our staff. Changes can happen quickly if we feel additional measures are required following government announcements.
We are currently unable to allow any clients access to our branches. We ask that you follow these steps below to maintain a safe environment for yourself and our staff.
When arriving at any of our branches for an appointment or operation please call from your car or outside to let reception know that you have arrived. Our receptionist’s will then direct you with the next steps.
If collecting a prescription or food etc. Please call on arrival to make reception aware you have arrived, and all food medications will be handed over socially distanced at the door.
All clients and staff to maintain a 2-metre physical distance. We also ask that all clients continue to wear their facemasks outside while chatting with our team.
Where possible all card payments will be done over the phone.
We continue to ask our clients to be vigilant and do not attend any of our branches if you:-
- Feel unwell.
- Have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19.
- Are self-isolating or quarantining.
These are difficult and uncertain times for all. Throughout these times we are continuing to provide the highest level of care for your pets while maintaining the wellbeing and safety of you and our staff. Our aim is to keep everyone as safe as possible so please don’t be offended by our asking you to follow these rules.
