We are now able to let clients return to our waiting areas so you can accompany your pet to their appointment. We have redesigned the layouts within our reception areas which will be clearly marked following social distance guidance and ask that you always follow these. You will receive guidance when making your appointment and on arrival.
We request that you come prepared with a face covering or mask to use while in the building. We may still ask you to wait outside if social distancing in the waiting room cannot be maintained.
For anyone who does not wish to enter the building or if you come unprepared consults will still be carried out as previously.
For anyone just collecting medication or food this will continue to follow the current protocol of collecting from outside the building for the time being. Some branches with larger reception area may be able to accommodate these requests inside.
The safety of our staff and clients is of paramount importance but we feel this is the right time to make these changes. We will be closely monitoring the situation and will update you with any changes as they happen.
We ask that all clients follow these new guidelines and follow staff instructions as requested.
