From
my home town of Blackburn, Lancashire, I headed
first to Chester to work as a zoo keeper. Glasgow
vet school soon called from there and I graduated
in 2007. After a brief introduction to veterinary
practice in Blackburn, I was not deterred and moved
on to spend a year in small animal practice in
Alexandria, on the banks of Loch Lomond. Aberdeen
soon called me further north and I am now working
in the Rubislaw branch of Town and Country.
Within work my interests are
centered largely around small animal internal
medicine, though I can be seen with a scalpel
in my hands too. Outside of work my interests
are many and varied, though are largely based
around my two fluffy maine coon cats, Titan and
Izzy, who find a moment is wasted if it does
not involve nosing in my business.
